Sander Van Doorn’s legendary DOORN Recordings serves up some hard-hitting electro house from KURA this month, in the form of the feisty ‘Kubano’.

This Portuguese producer has been making waves with stellar releases on many of the scene’s biggest labels like Revealed Recordings, Flashover Recordings, Cr2 Records, Juicy Music, Protocol Recordings, Trice Recordings and Ultra Music. Collaborations with and remixes for the likes of Hardwell and Sidney Samson have received huge support, and his dj’ing skills have seen him land in the DJ Mag Top 100 at #42 (in 2014).

This is his latest release following the Beatport Electro Top 40 smash ‘King Kong’ with Tony Junior and his remix for Hardwell and Chris Jones’ Young Again earlier this year.

‘Kubano‘ brings stadium-sized energy of the highest order, building through swells of classic hardstyle hoovers before dropping down into distorted Dutch house style synth blasts. Quivering, pitch-bending synth leads drive the trancey breakdown before that powerful Latin vocal signals the return to the track’s fiery belly.

With over 250,000 plays in a couple of weeks across YouTube and SoundCloud and support from the likes of David Guetta, Diplo, Showtek, R3HAB, Hardwell, Nicky Romero and many more, KURA and DOORN are set for another huge smash.

Catch KURA at Magnetic Festival in Prague on December 18 and at New Year Revealed in Gondomar and Lisbon in Portugal on December 31st.
