The Releaseparty of Kris Kross Amsterdam!

Jordy, Sander & Yuki better known as Kris Kross Amsterdam collaborated together with Desperados for a documentary of 5 years of Kris Kross Amsterdam.
Releasing this documentary and their new song ‘Are You Sure’ with Conor Maynard took place on Friday 20th January at the Curtain Club in Amsterdam.

When we entered the club, rather early, there weren’t too many people yet, however at 8 pm it got busier. Kris Kross Amsterdam themselves were already in the building as well. It was a private party so most of the people attending were friends of Kris Kross or employees of Spinnin’ Records or Desperados. Due to a big amount of screens everybody could see the documentary from the very beginning around 9 pm.

The documentary tells all about Kris Kross Amsterdam and how they grew within 5 years to become such a big act playing at ADE, Barcelona & many cool venue’s. In our view it truly gives an insight in their lives so it’s very cool to watch.

After the viewing and some desperados of course, it was partytime! Kris Kross had invited friends to warm-up the crowd with some hip-hop and RnB classics which went quite well. The surprise-act of the night was Conor Maynard who especially had come to do ‘Are You Sure’ live with Kris Kross Amsterdam which was really cool to witness. Besides that of course they dropped the massive hit ‘SEX’ w/ Cheat Codes. A special moment was when they made the smallest sitdown of Amsterdam happen accompanied with inflatable Desperados bottles. Before we knew it the night was finished and the regular club-life took over.
